This means that you will learn how to jump higher in the quickest possible time. There are many gimmicks and scams when it comes to learning to jump higher.  Don&#8217;t get fooled with shoes that make you jump higher, they don&#8217;t work and they will simply drain your money. There is no secret vertical jump shoe that if worn will give you extra inches on your jump height.  What you need is an actual vertical jump program that you can follow and gain strength and speed in your legs. There are also many scams when it comes to jump programs as well so let me tell you what I have come across since I have tested many of them.  </p>
<p>The 80/20 rule comes into play when talking about these vertical jump training programs because 80% of them are pure crap and then 20% of them work.  I found that the Luke Lowrey scam of a product was one of the more expensive ones and didn&#8217;t produce results. I found the same with the Air Alert workout, it was fancy looking but when it came down to it, it just didn&#8217;t give me any more inches on my vertical leap even though the workouts seemed like they would have. But sometimes you can feel like a workout is really working because it&#8217;s so hard and your muscles start burning but the results can never lie.  </p>
<p>So which programs are worth spending money on? </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is  a lot of science that goes into a <a href="http://verticaljumpprogram.org/"><strong>vertical jump program</strong></a> that teaches you how to jump higher.  There are a few key factors and some <strong>vertical training programs</strong> are great while others are ridiculous.  The vertical jump report is a major scam and the fact that Luke Lowrey has to continue telling you how smart he is and how good of a trainer he is, means that nobody is going to say that he is good so he has to do it.  He is great at 1 thing and that is scamming people out of money to get them to buy bogus jump programs that don&#8217;t work.  He has tried charging people $300 dollars for programs!  No workout is worth $300 dollars, trust me!</p>
<p>He gives the industry a bad name and that is a disservice for the products that actually work.  While you should be cautious about which program to buy, you don&#8217;t have to believe that none of them work.  Most of them are completely bogus and I don&#8217;t want you to get those.  Some examples of bad programs are the vertical jump development bible, air alert, dunk now, and vertical report.  But that doesn&#8217;t mean that there aren&#8217;t some jewels in the rough out there to be found.</p>
